Finally I decided to grow out my hair. I had previously done it several time but always given up. Hope to get some pics up soon. But my question is that now its been about 6months and I'm prone to have that fro type of hair for a white guy....Will it eventually grow down or will it always have that frowed out look?
Hi - good luck growing it out. The guys here with curly hair should be able to say better than me, but I'm pretty sure as it gets longer, each hair will get heavier and that will weigh it down enough so that you have much less of a "fro".

Eventually, it will settle down.
I have very straight hair for the most part, but I imagine the awkward phase would be very hard for you, possibly accounting for your past attempts. I can say from what I have noticed among my friends and others on this board, as it gets longer it will eventualy calm down, and eventually get a look that guys like me crave from time to time.
Stick with it and it should work for you!
Then how come guys like matt stone has or had a fro
and it didn't grow down
Ok perhaps I should have added that there is a possibility that it won't weigh itself down and you could have a fro permanently, only time will tell though. But again, in my past experience with friends it eventually settled down, granted that won't happen for everyone, and who knows maybe my friends did something extra to help it stay down I dunno, just sharing my experiences.
