OK, so y'all have had to put up with me blabbing on & on in the past about the benefits of Kukui nut oil, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, leave-in conditioners, my habit of dry-brushing to distribute Mother Nature's natural scalp oils, etc., etc., etc., blah blah blah blah... And now, I've just discovered yet another oil that I like...
My partner just got some Coconut Oil Hair Shine from a place called The Body Shop. I just tried it out, applying it to my hair, dry... I love love LOVE it!!! 'Nough said (other than: prepare yourself for smelling like a walking Pina Colada)!

I use camellia oil, myself. :)
Say, I'm in the directory now, aren't I? Neat!
Yes you are ! , welcome :)

yes, and you look great
Great, Ken! Maybe I should give it a try. It would be great on these cold winter days in Halifax to smell like a warm tropical island, dreaming of sitting on a beach, complete with one of those drinks with an umbrella in it! (I can always dream, can't I?)

I'm a big fan of coconut oil, too. I soak my hair with it for an hour or so before shampooing. Leaves my hair feeling and smelling great.
