Answer: lots of time, sweat, curse, a wood rasp, and tons of sandpapers....
I still need to round the edge a little more and I have to use sandpaper cause I dont have a router... not going to buy one just for this either.
Oh come on, power tools are fun! And that reminds me, it has been way too long since I picked up one of my guitars.
