Hey everyone,
Just found this website recently and it's been great looking over all the threads seeing everyones awesome long hair and progress it's definitely inspiring for me.
I grew out my hair last year and loved it, unfortunately ended up getting it cut...thinking it would help me win over an ex-gf BIG BIG MISTAKE and regrets there...luckily iv'e moved on and found a partner who loves me for me and also long hair ;)
anyways here's me with long hair
(I'm also curious...will my hair end up how it was before or could it end up growing to look differn't?)
Heres my current situation:
Any estimates on how long it could take to get back to my old length?
cheers!:)
Hi, and welcome to a great community! It's great to hear you now have a partner who appreciates your long hair, that will make the experience that much more enjoyable! I'm sorry you cut it to attempt to satisfy your ex girlfriend, but your hair WILL grow back, sooner than you think. You have great hair, it is off to a good start and covers your ears, your previous length was chin length which is around 6 to 9 months away at normal growth rates of 1/2 inch per month. Your hair should come out the same. I do hope you plan to grow it longer than you had it before.
Be sure to keep us updated, welcome aboard, and KEEP IT GROWING!
David
Thanks guys! :) it's good to know that it will most likely grow back the same way and in not much time at all by the sounds of it, my hair tends to grow very quickly actually, so should be happy with it once again.
I will keep you all updated :)
Hi and welcome. Glad that you found us.
The earlier photos of your hair when longer looked great to my eyes. I see no reason in the slighest why your hair won't grow- out to look as it did before. As far as an estimate of growing back to what you once had, my guess would be EASILY in less than a years time unless your growth rate is very slow. Most probably you are looking at about 9 months (or even less) and you'll be there.
Hey mate, welcome!
Long hair really suits you! Be glad that you made the mistake of cuting it now instead of later when it would´ve been longer. :)
Keep on growing!
