Anybody here watch to catch a predator, I thought for the most part long hairs wouldn't be doing this. Unfortunately a guy with almost waist length hair walked into Chris Hansen's sting with perverted-justice last night. I hate these men who make us look bad. I personally hope he cut's his hair in prison to look like the rest of the pedophiles.
I'm sorry when you attempt to go out with someone who is underage you lose all your rights.
For some reason theres always this stereotype that longhairs are either rebellious, or criminal, or both. In Federal Prison (I dont know about State) there are tons of longhairs. Im not sure if they are true longhair but I suspect the Feds do that on purpose to make them look bad (look all the inmates in Federal prison are longhairs, that must mean they are criminal). Of course most people go to Federal prison for non violent things...
In Taiwan, I dont know about now but back in the day they shave everyone like they do in boot camp so if you walked around with bald head everyone assume you're either a criminal or an army inductee gone AWOL.
Keep in mind that 99% of the pedophiles captured on DateLine are shorthairs. No one thinks anything of that. Of course all it takes is one longhair to have all longhairs to look bad.

Yeah, same with the idiots that make heavy metallers look violent, murderous, etc (THIS ONE IS FOR YOU NATHAN GALE). They ruin it for everyone else in the group, especially groups that are already misjudged (e.g the stupid stereotype of longhairs being lazy/dirty/unkept). And also, people don't need a degree in philosophy to realize that taking advantage of underage people is just plain wrong.

I know, I was just referring to the fact that he made metal fans look bad (short haired or not) when there are already enough stereotypes out there.

Ok, Yea I guess that %sshole murderer didn't help out the longhair image much. I just don't understand these people that get so caught up in a band that they feel murder is justified.
Phil Anselmo screwed up many times, what can fans expect the rest of the band to do? Crazy %hit.

The age of consent is arbitrary. It varies so much from place to place that they can't all be right, but I suppose you have to draw a line somewhere.
I think that most people agree that it's deeply wrong to have sex with someone who hasn't reached puberty, and at least highly questionable for a mature person to take advantage of a teen. However, in many places the law treats two teenagers the same as a 40 year old with an unnatural liking for 8 year olds, when any fool can see it's not the same thing atall.
What's more, now we have fancy online databases showing where these people live, and those don't distinguish either. The real paedophile I don't want living on the same planet, but the guy who did it with his girlfriend when they were teens is welcome to move in next door, only I don't know which is which!
I was just hoping none of the pedophiles caught in the sting looked like us. Now they may do something differently in other countries but this is America, and people have to follow American laws in America. If I go to Saudi Arabia even though drinking is OK where I'm from, doesn't mean I have the right to pick up a beer there.
It's beyond me why anyone would want to have sex with a 14 year old girl at 25. I'm only 23 but the thought of even kissing a 14 year old girl to me is repulsive. They have no real features I consider attractive, and that's just physical. They have less social experience than I do, and less insight.
