First off I just wanna say whats up, because I havent checked in for a whole so... WHATS UP!! This site has grown so much. There are so many new people :)
The reason Im posting is to tell everyone about some research Ive been doing on facial muscles. At first I was just looking for a way to exercise my face to make it look tighter, just to pull back some skin from recent weight loss. I was doing all the exercises as I was discovering them and when I came across the exercises for the forehead muscles there was a claim that these exercises stimulate hair growth in that area. My hair has been constantly thinning in the front over the past two years and the one thing I noticed in that region of my scalp was always completely dry and flakey (no oils at all). So I was sitting in class (after doing these exercises for 3 days) and I felt something dripping from my scalp to my nose. I soon realized that it was oil. This was huge for me because Ive been trying to solve this problem of mine for quite some time.
Could this be the solution to my thinning hair?!... who knows. I have tried to stimulate my scalp by massaging it but had no success. The part of my scalp I was having trouble with doesnt really flake anymore and my roots feel much stronger as if they're getting thicker.
I now follow all the exercises from this site--
http://www.ageless.co.za/facial.htm
They give all the exercises instructions for free and make it pretty simple.
Well I just wanted to share my new find, say hello and tell everyone that Ill be posting my update pics next week when I go on spring break. I think everyone will be pleased to see the progress Ive made in a year of growing and I wanna share how I now have swirl curls instead of just a thick build of waves.
Feel free to ask any questions about the facial exercises ;)
...if you made oil by exercising facial muscles I think that's amazing.
I never even considered the possibility.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Does it work for growing beards too?
also, sick screen name, if it's referring to the type of metal;)
