Hi, I don't know which is the healthiest but definitely both towel and drip drying are healthier than any other method as long as you don't vigorously towel your hair! I personally simply dry naturally with drips falling and making a puddle lol (I doubt that's healthy if you're cold) but still I enjoy it! It's up to you, even blowdrying is said to be ok if you do it now and then and on low temperatures :)

I ALWAYS air dry my hair.
I think that is the healthiest way
a.
I towel dry gently only until the hair is no longer dripping, apply a small amount of leave in conditioner, smooth a bit more with fingers and a towel until fairly neat, then let air dry the rest of the way, around 2 hours, disturbing as little as possible. I never use heat of any kind.

I gently squeeze out most of the water with my hands and then air dry. Air drying is definitely the healthiest if you can do it since you aren't rubbing it against fabric which can cause breakage.
You guys must have a lot of time in the morning to air dry it.
If they're like me, they take their shower in the evening time. I usually shower around 6 PM, so the only hair issue I have in the morning is the occasional case of really bad bedhead (in which case I just throw on a beanie and head to class).
Mixture of towel drying to get rid of excess water, air drying and maybe cool drier if I am in a hurry.
Squeeze the excess water out, roll it up in a microfiber towel in a turban sort of arrangement for 10-20 minutes (that sucks virtually all the (drippable) water out, then air dry (1-2 hours depending on conditions. With non-linting pillow cases/sheets, I can sleep with it wet without major tangling (I don't toss and turn), but typically I wash in the morning and go out for the day with damp hair (work doesn't care, so long as I show up).
