hey guys!
REALLY annoying problem
whenever i wash my hair. it looks like its about too dry nice and straight and how i'd want it
but literally at the last second it puffs out. the back of my hair kind of bends in an S shape. its hard to explain so use your imagination!
i have like, medium thickness hair (just past shoulders) and i wouldnt say its wavy or straight,in between
so basically
any tips or techniques that i can use to avoid this? (like perhaps tying my hair back while drying etc?)
any help appreciated
thanks
As your hair gets longer the weight of it should hold it down better, so this problem should gradually get less with more length. You probably have some natural wave in your hair. I would not suggest tying it back when wet, this can cause damage. The best thing is to allow your hair to dry naturally as much as possible, this will lead to healthier hair in the long run.
Hope this helps,
David
hey thanks alot david
lets hope that it will become more weighed down
and also i'll add your hair is an inspiration!
its EVERYTHING i'd want
keep it growing man
Thanks so much for the kind words, I really appreciate it! (and I definitely plan to keep it growing!)
All the best,
David
If that part of your hair rests against your back, you might try wrapping a towel around your head and letting the excess lay against your hair, kind of pressing it to your back. I usually wrap a towel around my head after a shower and it helps to keep the hair in place. When hair is wet, if you hold it in a certain place or whatever, it tends to stay in place pretty well after it dries.
Don't tie it back while it is wet, but tying it back after it's dried might help. Good luck!
