I too like the same styles but don't get a chance to
wear it those ways often. Do you wear yours out also?
Some earrings would add to the look also. A couple of
large hoops or dangling earrings are what I like to wear.
Double French braids and the fancy bun was done in a salon. Single French braid by a co-worker. The rest I did myself. It is fun to have somebody style my hair.
Not that much. It depends what I'm doing. Braids for sports, free or ponytail for work, fancy for fun.

I was so inspired by your photos I made an appt at the salon and got myself a gorgeous updo which I wore out to a nephews graduation party. It was well received by some and scorned by most but I love it and now have the nerve to wear others. I wore long dangling earrings and I think I looked stunning!

I can only imagine how adorable you must have looked...especially with the dangling earrings :-) What type of updo did you get? How did your stylist develop the look? I'm a Metal-loving girl too and would love love LOVE to date a guy who is as cute, smart and into growing out his hair as you are! And I have such a weakness for Scandinavian men, it's not funny. *evil grin*
Your hairdos are definitely feminine, but yet you look very much like a man. It must be so much fun to try new things. I make beaded hair pins and barrettes, wish I had someone to try them out on!

Ok, this was one of the nicest replies I've got here. Clever twist with the Finnish title! I'm a bit into metal music myself, too. Currently my favorite is Dream Theater. But I'll get to see Nightwish tomorrow, and Children of Bodom and Stratovarius on Friday in a midsummer festival. :-) I wish you luck finding your Scandinavian long-haired mr. quite nice guy. Maybe you will run into one of my clones. I've heard them to exist, at least here where I live. ::--))
