Hi everyone,
I just wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation to Justin, Bill, and the entire MLHH team for inviting me to come on board as a moderator. I was really flattered to be invited, this is an honour that words can't begin to describe how much I appreciate it. I have a lot to learn, I am REALLY green at this and it is a totally new experience, but I am really looking forward to the challenge.
I also wanted to give a warm welcome to Jacob as well, who has also joined the team as a moderator. Welcome aboard, Jacob!

I'm glad you accepted, and look forward to working with you. I think you'll do a great job, and don't worry because it's not all that complicated. You can probably figure it out in about five minutes.
Hats off to the mods and other crew members. Impersonal self-moderating like Slashdot and other massive sites is no substitute for the personal touch that the crew here gives. It's an important part of what gives this board a real community feel.

Congratulations you deserve it mate im please to see a few more mods coming in to give us an hand of this great site ive taken part of for some time id say this is about this time i was made mod last year to its a great experience but ive enjoyed every minute it of it to working along the other guys :-)

To be honest, I think you really deserve the position you have been given. Ever since you arrived on the board you have contributed consistantly to this board, much more than many others on this board. You are always kind to new people.
