Today, after washing my hair, my hair was really poofy and big (a little more than usual) so I decided to share some pictures before I combed it and put it in a tail (which calms down the poofiness and makes my hair look straighter/a little longer).

It looks as though you're wearing the "poofage" quite well.
That hair is exactly who you are!!! It looks great!!! Im not a big metal fan myself, but knowing that you would be one of few long hair guys head banging with massive poofy hair makes me smile....

Hahaha thanks for the kind words, and the headbanging thing gave me a good laugh:). My friend, who is also a metal fan, has hair even poofier than that everyday. :)

Haha yeah it's pretty fun, but in public it looks bad sometimes because I'm a bit skinny and it makes my head look huge:P.

Looking real good, Mihnea! After conditioning, my hair has more body to it which IMHO, looks real cool. But as soon as I brush it, the poofiness disappears. My hair is thin and not much natural body to it. Great for showing the length, though.

Looks great, Mihnea, and never knock thickness! You can always thin it (don't do it!) if you want to. If your hair were to be sparse instead of thick, you would be stuck with that. Thickness also becomes less so as your mane grows away from your head, and you'll appreciate having it when your mane gets really long.
Rick says his poofiness disappears when he brushes. I get the opposite effect. I always comb my hair wet after washing it, and it just lies near my head in spiralling curls. However, later, if I comb it when it has dried, it poofs way out!

Everything is looking GREAT there, my friend. You have naturally wavy/curly hair with INCREDIBLE thickness and body to be proud off. The poofiness right after washing is perfectly normal, I would not worry about it in the slightest.

My hair always gets poofy like that after shampooing. I suppose it is because we have pretty thick wavy/curly hair. Anyway, Poofy or not-poofy your hair is looking great dude. Keep the hair growin' and the metal flowin'

Great pictures thanks for sharing looks cool sounds like you, have the same thing that happens to mine after washing mine does that to so your not alone in that respect yup ponytail it cool to reduce the puffiness to your hair !

Thanks for the support (As usual)! Yeah the tail helps in dealing with it, but when it gets logner I think I'm just gonna let it puff up, I think it will look better once it's long.

I aint forgetten about doing an update just havent had time to do one as yet as im always at work & Im tired when i get in I dont even go on webcam because im tired so i think i look terrible ! You Will have Nightmares when i do an update Mihnea !
