Apart from how fantastic I look (thank you, thank you!) do you guys-especially those who have tread down the road further than I have as yet-think from this picture (which is a pretty good reflection of how my hair looks when not wet and not very curly as it sometimes gets) that my hair growth is a bit slow for 3 years and 1 month.
Or about average, or fast etc. I want opinions.
* Maybe I should measure my hair hmm, I haven't done that since the last time I had long hair...
Why is it taking so freekin long to get to waist length!!!?

wow,big muscles Dean^_^ how long have you been going at it?(the weightlifting,that is).I started recently lifting weights but obviously I have a long way to go still,I'm skin and bones >_< (do you take creatine,protein supplements?)
I think your hair grows normal to slightly fast,but unfortunately I'm not the expert here as I'm still far more behind than you

Apart from how insanely jealous I am (and not just over the hair), I will try to forgive you for flashing those shower scenes at me... OK, I've forgiven you (gee, that was sure quick)!
Ahhemmm, as I was saying... (Now what the heck was I saying? Oh, yes: now, about that hair...)
Seriously now, for just 3 years and one month of growth, you'll be happy to know that your length is approximately about as long as my length was at the 4-year mark, --- in other words, your growth rate is considerably FASTER than mine... Yup, it takes a loooooong time for most of us mere mortals to achieve waist-length or longer (I'll be celebrating my 7th year of growth on June 21st of this year, for example).
And speaking of "mere mortals"... are you related to that dude named "Olympus", or something? In my dreams, I have a body like that; but then I wake up and find out I'm still a humble old Earthling!

I was REALLY looking forward to your update! The tail looks great, and as for the muscles, you are buffed there, dude, what else can I say!
I would not worry about your growth rate at all, at least you can safely say you are at mid back. I have my 3 year update coming up in April and I am still not at mid back, my hair definitely grows slower than average. (I started at around 4 inches and my longest strands are now at 18 or so, although most strands are shorter.) Measuring your hair is always a good idea, it gives you a black and white number to compare against the normal rate of 6 inches per year.

That is simply fabulous! You REALLY have something to be proud of.
Come to think of it, even though my own hair is of a different texture than is yours, I do not believe that in the same amount of time that mine was any longer.
You're well on your way to waist length. Just about a year to go I think.

That's a great picture. All that gym-time pays off eventually. I don't know about growth rates, but you can easily figure it out once you take a measurement.
