I have just recently started putting gel in my hair. I'm still going through the arkward stages and it makes it look a whole lot better. I have noticed though that after I get home and run my fingers through to loosen it up I see dandruff looking stuff everywhere falling out. I hope it is not visible when I have it in my hair because this is the stuff I really need to keep my hair looking half way alright till it gets longer. Any help?????

When I had short hair, I used gel everyday, and when I ran my fingers through it to loosen it up that happened to me too. They're small flakes. Like dust, not big, right? When the gel is hard it should not be noticeable. It's when you loosen it up. Even then, it might not be noticeable. Why not look in the mirror and see if you can see it?
