Hi there,
as you know Ive been growing out my hair for about 1 year and a few months now with a few cuts, I have one layer left so Ill cut this layer out at the end of the year. I cant easily do a ponytail, maybe in june or july I got the right length, the front hair sometimes goes out.
So check out my webcam pic :S
I hope this might give everybody a better idea. From what I can determine, your hair (despite having been layered) is coming along just fine. That you can make even a small tail at this point despite being so difficult, all things considered is truly great news.
My guess is that by Sept. you will be able to make your first substantial ponytail. But give it the full 24 months and I think even you will be astonished. It appears that you have very good hair to work with.

I think it will work right at about june, my front hair is near to my shoulder... ~2cm.
How old would you guess me? :P
