The mods made a "Q" just for me thanks guys.

Congratulations on being listed in the directory, welcome aboard! Oren looks after the listings and is the one who got you in. Actually, it wasn't necessary to create a "Q" at all, the fact that you were listed would have automatically created a "Q" section, this would never have been a problem at all anyway.
To ensure your avatar shows up each time you post, you need to enter your email in the second block down on the "Post a message" page. (Your email adddress still remains invisible when you post, it just creates a link so that your avatar becomes visible)
