hey everyone!
I had my last haircut last July, it's been about 8 months now. I've posted a few updates in the last few months, some of you may remember, I will post another update at the end of this month, but in the meantime I could use a dose from the collective pool of wisdom.
I am growing from all one length ~ 1/2" or so. This means the hair hangs down at different lenghts and as my hair is already quite fine, it gets pretty whispy where the upper hair has not grown as far as the lower hair. Although I originally had resolved to not trim until I was happy with the length and I hate to give up any bit of length, I am beginning to think it may be a good idea to get a minimal trim at some point to make it more even. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
My second question is about split ends. How can I prevent them? I always wash about 2x a week and condition often but I have been noticing more tangles while brushing in the last few weeks, which makes me think I should take steps now to avoid problems down the road.
Thanks in advance for the advice!
A lot of your questions regularly come up here, --- in fact, I'd say that ALL of the questions you just asked are rather frequent. A picture of your hair would help us give more specific answers & advise; but in general, just come here as often as you can, and I'll guarnatee you'll learn a LOT, --- in fact, you'll get even *more* things answered than you ever thought!
