Well, I am actually surprised it took this long.
I just checked the Mach 3 board and found that ALL of the posts which even slightly disagreed with the short hairs over there are now gone. To top it off, the guy who runs the place has also declared that anybody who made such posts are banned from his board.
While I decry the narrowmindedness, shortsightedness, rigid groupthink, and intolerance, I also respect the right of that guy to run his board as he sees fit. It is, after all, his board.
I guess this means that they will simply go back to echoing messages back and forth to each other about how great short hair is and how evil Longhair is. So long as that is all they do, then that is their right. This was an interesting exercise and an eye opener too.

I must agree, Madoc. People come together for a thousand different reasons, and the reasons they have gathered and we have are beyond different, they are mostly opposite to one another.
These guys have been around as long as we have, and they've had their web boards just as long. Though a few such as "shavedheadfan" may find a fit for themselves in both worlds, most of us do not, and the civil among us tend to stay on our boards and let them be, and vice versa.
Some of us remember about two years ago when a few of them began to post over here. Their posts were as inappropriate as playing poker in church - they were disruptive of what was going on here, flying in the face of our message, and impeding our work. We took measures to exclude them, and apparently those measures have been so effective that some of our newer regulars weren't even aware of these folks' existence, and thus their surprise.
Yes, they came over here first, and we did exactly what they are now doing to our people who disagree with them and post over there. Thus we have little cause to complain. When people are engaged in sexual or similar fantasies, they really don't want others barging in to spout their concepts of politically correct dogma. Some such fantasies involve pretending nonconsent, and my feeling is so long as no one is actually assaulted or his image used against his will, and no minors are so treated irregardless, other folks around them should just let them be.

And the bigotted views of Curt and his pals will continue on.
I don't respect him, but I think he has the right to post whatever he wants even if it's moronic drivel.
And worse. somehow they've got this delusion that they're superior to us when in fact it's the opposite. As I pointed out in one of my other posts these are Men who are very insecure and trying to belittle others and trash Long haired Men to build up their false egos.
If you've noticed the difference in this board and that one, no one here has(to my knowledge) ever equated short haired Men with being less intelligent, more violent, or more prone to substance abuse.
however, if you look at the reserves board especially made by the bigot called Curt you'll see plenty of bigotted views regarding Long Haired Males. This idiot equates very short hair with masculinity and "Self Respect". Well, I've got self-respect. enough at least not to care what bigotted morons think.
I have no intentions of ever posting on their site ever again, for it is a complete waste of time, but please report them regarding the photos with the inflamatory comments.
