Hi guys and gals,
Thanks once again for all the positive feedback from all the braids and styles I posted last month. Of course, the credit must mainly go to my girlfriend FrannyG!
After posting so many photos last month, I'm not doing as much for April but I'm posting a pic of the rope braid that FrannyG taught me. I can do a reasonably good one now myself.

That rope braid is interesting, I don't think I saw it as I missed your last update :( It looks terrific, I am glad you can do that one yourself so you can enjoy it.
As for all the other pics, what more can we say?! Always terrific, you have the length now I would love to have, where you can put your hair behind your back and it will actually stay there! Nice to be able to choose whether you want the hair to be in front of your shoulders or behind them. Least it looks like that would work in your case. Does your hair stay back out of your way if you put it behind your back (not counting a windy day :) ?

Thank you! My hair is staying behind my back a bit more than it used to but it still tends to fall forwards. That's definitely one of the things I'm looking forward to most about it getting longer.

Jason you say Franny G taught you to do your own rope braid thats cool was it difficult to learn like to know how you do one to it also looks like your a fan of braids to, I would have to admit I wasnt until you posted all the pictures of you wearing different braids Yup you look great in a braid !

Which products do you use?
Thanks! I tend to rotate products a lot but I mainly stick with the Suave line of products. I will occasionally use shampoos and conditioners with cones as well though. Whenever I have scalp itchiness, I'll use all natural shampoo bars which often clear the problem up quickly.

YOUR hair (and newly cultivated beardness) looks/look great, man! I cannot WAIT 'til MY hair passes my shoulders. WHY I had ever shorn it when it reached hip-length . . .sigh . . . was due to a momentary lapse of sanity. Lookin' to havin' MY braid back again, too! I'll see to it I don't make that scissoring mistake again. I promise!

I just signed off the LHC after seeing these pics in your photo journal there, and as I said over there, your hair is looking AWESOME, as it always is. You continue to be a major source of inspiration to EVERYONE both here and over at the LHC, keep up the great work and thanks for sharing.

Thanks very much. It's just the lighting. Those photos were taken fairly close to sunset so they tend to bring out the lighter highlights in my hair.
All of the pictures are beyond wonderful, Jason, but I like the first one best of all. It really shows your beautiful highlights and waves.

Absolutely magnificent! Your hair has some serious length last few months and it really does get better and better. I like the lighter look of the sun! You're definitely one of the most inspiring people on this board especially have a site documented with so much progress.
