Okay so here's the story, I'm a 15 year old dude, I'm Polynesian, and I grew my hair out in December of 2005 until March of 2007. By March my hair was like 11 inches long mabey and the front part reached to my chin. So yeah In the same month I cut it because I was going through that ackward stage with it. Anyways I want to grow it out again and have long Puffy hair up to my stomach area, How Long will that take??? And what should I do to reach my goal???
