Hi, this is my hair from the back.
Pic isnt sooooooooo good, I lightened it up a bit...
My hair is layered, the front hair is near to the shoulder. I'm gonna cut out the layers next week, it should have chin-length after that or a bit shorter... but I dont want the layers anymore now ._.

Your hair looks cut in a U shape already which is a pattern hair naturally tends towards since the side hair does not grow as fast or long as the hair that comes from your crown. Hair layers naturally. As the others have advised above be cautious about rushing into a trim decision. Weigh the loss of length against your desire for a straight look. It may be that the look is really what you value most and should be your priority but do take into account that it will take repeated trims to keep the length the same all around, it is not a permanent fix.
