I have been growing for about two yeas now. I have been noticing that some of the hairs at my hairline are shorter than the rest of my hairline. I'm almost 26 so it seems likely to me to be a sign of onset receding hairline. People have also told me it kinda looks like my crown area was getting thinner also, but this was monnths ago. At the begining of '07 i've began a regiment of products that are supposed to help with this common male problem but i'm wondering if its all in vain (no pun intended there) as i've noticed the hairline hairs just seeming to get shorter and thinner. I recently have quite smoking and begain trying to eat and live healthier (albeit the biggest challange i've found surprisingly enough is getting plenty of sleep which i get around 6 ours of sleep a night usually.) If anyone has any advice or informate for a fellow longhair on mpb i'm more than open eared.
I have smaller hairs at my hairline and i am 18.
They are just new hairs coming through from the old ones that have fallen out.
Nothing to worry about.
Greetings...
Our bodies are interesting things. I noticed you said you have only been getting about 6 hours of sleep a night. Amazingly, sleep is a wonderful thing. The cells in our boy actually replicate faster at night while at rest due to the release of a higher level of growth hormone; therefore; with the combination of good sleep, proper diet, and exercise; should help with your hair as well.
- That started to sound like a commercial of some sort didn't it? :)
