haven't seen any messages about getting a good long hair non-surgical replacement?anyone have any recommendations? what about Farrell hair replacement?
thanks for any help!
I am currently exploring the Farrell system - photos look good - however the price is prohibitive- was quoted 3500.00to 4500.00 for hair that is 6-8 inches long - exploring options as after a successful course of chemo most of my hair came back thick and healthy- however it seems to have made the top get really thin and dry - so you can see thru it -what systems have you explored?
in reply to jeff's follow up question: i've looked around and it seems
the natural close up look systems are going to be expensive-farrell
feels that the main part of the unit, with proper care, should last 3-5
years-with the natural more fragile front part lasting 3-9 months(depending on care& usage) and costing a few hundred to
replace-so the over all cost compared to other systems{ lasting only a little better than a year) seems to be comparable-and if the actual farrel system turns out to be as natural as claimed-it would be a better
alternative.
there is another web site i stumbled on that claims expertise in long
hair replacements, though maybe not as refined as farrel, called
scissor wizards-here's their website:http:www.diamondhard.com/sponsors/sizrwzrd/szrwzrd.htm.
if you do check them out, would you please post afollow up here?thanks jc
I would highly recommend Farrell Hair Replacement if you are looking for a good long hair non-surgical replacement.
