Since pigtails, including the high Tracy Austin-style ones, are now definitely back in fashion on young women I'd been wondering when men would adopt them too. In the last 2 weeks here in the Bay Area I've seen 3 or 4 men in pigtails, one braided and one with the high girlish kind. Those who support hairstyle freedom for men and women should find this a welcome development.
That's great news. I absolutely love pigtails, especially the really high, feminine kind.
