I went to Atlantic City yesterday to see Weird Al (which by the way attracts a good amount of long haired male fans. I've spotted 2 which had rather nice looking manes).
But before the show, I spent the day walking on the boardwalk.
And nothing makes you feel like you have long hair than the wind blowing it full force in your face! (Technically speaking, it blew from the back which enabled it to surround my face). Plus having long hair makes for a great tool in figuring out which direction the wind is blowing. LOL
Hey ATP, you're right it is a great feeling to have the wind throw your hair around.
Hope you enjoyed Wierd Al.
You like your hair blowing in your face?!!?
It makes me absolutely crazy for hair to be blowing all in my face. I have found that this is something that I do not like at all about having longer hair. I am sure to have a hat or bandanna or something if the wind is blowing in order to prevent this. I even put on two tee shirts one day and peeled the top one off inside out just so that my hair was left inside the shirt and tucked that top shirt down into the other shirt so my hair wouldn't be blowing all around when I was outdoors working in the yard and picking up pinecones and such. It looked bizarre but worked like a charm.
I got a cool boonie hat the other day too that helps keep the top hair from blowing around. If I tuck the hair behind the ears, and then put on the hat, then everything stays out of the way.
