I had long hair from the time i was 15 to 26,and about a month ago,i cut it.i figured it might be a good change,but it just isnt me,besides for me long hair related to everything i liked. so now im in the process of regrowing it,and will die a long haired merlin aha cheers!
well, tis true that sometimes we have to screw up to realize what we should have done in the first place.
such is the nature of us all.

Well I suppose you learn by your own mistakes I myself have been there and done that to and regretted doing the same thing you wont be the last guy to cut there hair off then regret it afterwards now you need time to regrow your mane best of luck to you.

I did the same thing almost 2 years ago. I had been growing it for about 4 years and I cut it for a change. I had reached terminal growth and was kinda down because I wanted it much longer. But I decided to cut it and it was good for a while...got a lot of compliments but it didn't change anything. It didn't change what I thought about myself or even what others thought about me. It just made me want to grow it back. It's been almost a year now since I've decided to grow it again and I'm glad I'm doing it. But when I reach terminal again, I may cut it...simply because the growing process is so much fun. I had a lot of fun along the way. Hope you do too on your next longhair journey.

There's a fair number of us here that have gone through the same experience as you, myself included... In 1999 my hair reached waist-length, then on the 1st day of summer, Y2K, I cut it all off to short. I deeply regretted it (and understatement); but that being almost 7 years ago, my hair is currently now longer than it was in late '99 and early Y2K (it now just reaches to the top of my belt).
Anyway, rest assurred, you hair is growing now, --- even as I type this!

That was my favorite snes game back in the day. Sadly I made the same mistake at only a year and half growth when I was 8th grade. About 14 years old. It wasn't till I went to jail when I was 19 that I wanted to regrow my hair. I'm am now at 3.5 years of growth. Thought of cutting it, but have followed the 2 week rule and it has served me well.
Your right Big Mistake but it will grow and as Ken says it's growing as we write these replys.
