I notice that people with different hairstyle tend to have that personality. For example people with buzz cuts tends to be military/authorterian type, those with bald head tends to be hip pop or mean type (unless he or she is a monk or nun), regular center or side part 3 inch hair seems to indicate a business personality (means everything he says to you has a sales pitch), and long hair is either a non conformist or rock/metal type. Everytime they change their hairstyle I notice a change in personality.
Also a side note, I noticed a bunch of man with long hair today on my way to downtown Taipei to pick up some supplies... can't count them...
Hi Tai Fu,
I just think the term personality shows that we are all unique and no one person is the same, even twins have different personalities.
As far as certain type of hairstyles being linked to a certainly personality that is not always true. For some people they like to "labeled" or be part of a group. I've never conformed to any type and with all the types of hairstyles over had over the years (mohawk, pompadour and very short) I've always been myself and not let the hairstyle dictate my personality. Ask any good friend of mine.
Cheers,
John.B
PS...if you are not careful I might drag old pics out of the archive lol!
Come on, lets 'ave a butchers then!
Well there are always stereotypes, of course. As of personality, I think you can only say that longhaired men are strong on personal freedom and rights becuase they like something (long hair) that isn't generally accepted or "normal" in modern society, and they have to fight for it sometimes. :)
