Just took pic of my self to use at other job and thought i'll show you guys how my hair has grown =) Its not any majour update or anything, just feeling that i wanna show it.

Your hair is looking superb, and appears to grow extremely fast, that is a huge difference in only three months! You are blessed with straight blond hair with lots of shine that can only get better the longer you grow it.
