I was just curious: Which do you prefer? Mid back length hair or waist? I can never really decide myself.

I don't recall seeing you on the hyperboard before so welcome to our community! I can't tell how long your hair is from your pic. (a picture of it loose would be great)
Naturally, my preference is the longer, the better, so I would vote for waist length all the way. I dream of having waist length hair or longer some day.

Mhhh i dont really know what is my goal but i think it will be around belt lenght...
i would like to have hair as long that Absalom (or even longer :p )
but i think it will be incomfortable for me and i will need to tie or bread it and i dont want to...
Well, I'd prefer waist lenght from those two, but the longer the better! My goal is classic (covering butt)...

My goal is as long as it will grow ... hopefully to my waist, but would really like it to reach about mid-thigh if possible.

Right now my goal is waist, but if I don't like it at that length when all is said and done, I may cut it back to mid-back. We'll see how it goes. =)

But, it is up to you. How do you feel about your own hair's length? If you can answer that, you've already made a decision.

I currently have hair that is close to waist length. I like both mid back and waist length. I find mid back easy to care for and easier for playing sports etc. My problem is when I have my hair trimmed to mid back, I miss it being waist length. When it is waist lenght I consider trimming it to mid back. I guess a compromise would be a length that is in between the two. I will probably never grow my hair to terminal length. That length would be to long for me. Not that I dislike hair that long, It would just get in the way of my lifestyle.

Currently I am shooting for mid back. But when I started out I was just looking for shoulder length or a little longer. I may just keep going.
Right now, I'm looking at least to mid back, maybe longer after I reach that.
I would prefer mine longer than true waist, preferably tailbone or classic (which means long enough to sit on). Right now it is around the small of my back, which is below true waist. but most people (incorrectly) think of waist as where their belt is, which on most people is really tailbone length, and I want to grow it below that.
I'm going for terminal length (whatever that is).
...in my case about 20 - 22 inches.
