Please elaborate. I want to grow my hair to at least thigh length. Its almost waist length now.
Kenneth, I find all dandruff shampoos to be too harsh. i would avoid them if at all possible. I doubt if shampoo is going to effect hair growth much. Just grow it. It will decide when it is long enough. peace, jonalbear

Oh, oh, but for the resolution of dandruff, may I suggest Selsun Blue? The active ingredient is selenium. Selenium taken as a nutriceutical along with mixed tocopherols (not acetate ones, those are lab made, I mean the organic cold-pressed ones) as well as zinc clears up the skin. I use Selsun Blue three times per week, followed by Mane 'n Tail, a conditioner initially marketted for horses, then remarketted for us bipeds. I know I've mentioned the Mane 'n Tail somewhere on here before. Hope this answers your question. It cleared my problem up in a week!
