A friend of mine who uses a conditioner with a coconut oil extract in it has increased hair growth to 1 inch per month....it seemed unbelievable to me...
So I tried it, and can't believe the progress! I've been using it now for 3 months and have almost 3 inches extra growth.
How often would this need to be done to effect hair growth-I don't use shampoo or coditioner every day cuz it washes away my scalp oil.
The East Indians have used coconut oil on their hair for a long time and some Indian women have very long hair, so I guess the coconut oil helps.
