GREAT new pic there, Chris!! I saw your most recent update as well (waaaaaaaaay down the page now....); but too late to chime in at the time, --- in any case, your hair is coming along just famously!!!!!!
Looks like your computer skills at shrinking a pic are about as good as mine (lol)!! In any case, thank goodness it's not me that MLHH is dependent upon to change avatar pics, --- Oren is the genious there, so you can even e-mail him directly with your request, if you wish...

Here's an excellent little app from Microsoft's guys for WinXP. It's part of the PowerToys suite of little apps... apps that should've been part of XP in the first place. Anyway, here's the link http://tinyurl.com/2meyw or http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Look for the "Image Resizer" program. You easily use it to resize pics for avatars or whatever uses. Open the pic in XP, then right-click on it and you then you can resize it. Cheers!
