hi all!
i was just wondering...we all know the name of the cut that features long hair in the back and short hair in the front..the mullet. i was just noticing that there is a cut that is equally as popular today as that was in the 80's...just take a look around, and you will see MANY cuts that feature long in the front, and short everywhere else. kinda like a mullet in reverse, i would say. is there a *name* for this cut as well?
just wondering..
what does it mean when a guy says he has a blow-out hair cut?
......just wondering.....
At the risk of sounding like a smarta**, I'd probably call it a "tellum"... :)
There are tons of different names for the same haircut, usually. Long bangs with a buzzed/shaved head is called Angel Falls here in central Illinois.
Let's just call it "anti-mullet", "a-mullet", "reverse mullet", "un-mullet" or even "tellum", as suggested by John (Laughlin).
Cheers :)
ok, i'm just not getting this "tellum" thing you guys are posting... what is up with that?
It's "mullet" spelled backwards.
Take mullet and reverse it. You get Tellum, which if you look at it in a mirror, it looks like Mullet except with the "e" facing the wrong way. So, the cut you describe is the reverse of a mullet.
