I've been growing my hair now for a year (last cut in June '06) and I've been in a dilemma the past couple of months. I've been in college this year, and haven't had a job since September of '06.
I would say since the first few weeks '07, I've been wearing a hat to keep the hair out of my eyes.
The problem now is that I'm looking for a job this summer, and unfortunately, I cannot wear a hat/cap at the job I have an interview for this Friday.
Are there any special products to use to style your hair/bangs so that they don't obstruct your vision? Are you supposed to comb your hair a certain way?
When wet, my bangs are probably down to about my chin.
Thanks!
Always after showering i comb my hair straight back, then when it's dry i apply a little gel or pomade, that way the bangs won't hang in my face the whole time, and i comb the sides back as well.
So maybe that's something you could try also.

oops, he got it before I did.
I dont know if this will help, but here goes. Since my hair is straight/a little wavy, after I shower, I finger comb it directly up. If I let it dry like that, it will part nicely in the middle (sometimes with a little adjustment), and it will be out of my eyes.
Gel, comb it through backwards so it goes slick back, maybe rough it up a bit.
Buy a male alice band..
There are many things you can do. An Alice band would work effectively. Hair pins are also great. Or you can use the most common method. Drown it in hairspray or gel.
