Hi David
Thanks again for the compliments on our hair.Margie
Hey Margie, what is UP, duuude!?
Yeah, that's correct; try Angela on the celiac sprue diet. I developed the illness a decade ago. Since I found out exactly WHAT it is and HOW to actually STOP the symptoms, reeead non-gluten-bearing foods, I'm actually recovered/revovering. So, here's what to do . . .
Check out the book by nutritionist extraodinaire Shari Lieberman, entitled, "The Gluten Connection". What she's getting at, with much supportive evidence, is that many diseases, not jus' celiac sprue, can be at least alleviated if not cured, by following the non-gluten-bearing foods protocol.
This, surprisingly enough Margie, even includes autism. Please, do yourself and Angela a big, big favor. Try it out, even try eating the same way tigether, and see what actually happens. My elf sense tells me that you just might be surprised!
Yours in longhaired camaraderie AND non-glutenism,
Quenyan (+:-)}
Hi Quenyan
Thanks for the information,I'll check it out,you're long hair sister Margie
Margie, your daughter's hair is really beautiful! And so is yours. It's great you don't give a damn for what people think about it. It's never ok for society (it's either too short or too long) and everyone likes it different!
Hi grrrr
Thanks for the compliments about our hair.Margie
