Hey Guys
I've grown my hair quite long..it falls down to my shoulders and I was wondering if you guys could recommend some styles I could try out. Also, i'm trying to figure out what layering is! What exactly does it mean when the hairdresser asks you if you want your hair layered while getting it trimmed? Also, i've been considering getting my hair braided... .. so does anyone have any pics of long hair with a lot of braids in it or something?

Hey SJ, it's cool you have shoulder length hair and you're asking in the right place! There are various hairstyles you can try (loose, tails, halftails, braids, buns, plaits if you even want lol) I wouldn't suggest layering because it just means getting a lot of your hair cut leaving it without much thickness. But then again it's your choice.
