I'm 8 months into growing out and my hair is very thick and curly (especially in these humid months). Do they sell straightening shampoos or is that something that I have to go to a hair dresser for? My hair is nice and straight when there's even a hint of moisture, but by 12:00 each day, it's a frizzy mess! Help!
Well, there is one thing you could try that I have heard many wonderful things about, and that is having your hair "relaxed". I believe you can have this done in most salons and it involves the hairdresser basically putting an acidic/alkali (not sure which) solution on your head and this will completely straighten the hair for a long time, if not permanently. So in other words, it's a bit like having a perm, but the opposite way round!!!
I suggest asking in at your local salon about "relaxing" your hair and I'm sure they will tell you the exact details and methods and the benefits they will give you.
Good luck my friend!!!!!
I don*t think that this will be good for the hair ! This will eventually demage the hair !
