Tomorrow the new school year will start and I'm dreading it. But the reason why is because of the comments I always hear about my hair and people telling me to get it cut. I have gotten it trimmed many times just to shut them up a little bit. And I probably would have now if I hadn't found this board. Here I see that I'm not the only one going through the arkward stage and hearing all the negative comments about it. It it wasn't for this board I would probably have gotten another trim and even more delaying the arkward stage. So I want to think all of you that have given me tips to control my wavy hair some and to help me become another fellow longhair.

but if you want to be a longhair please remember that there is only
one opinion (about your hair) that counts...YOURS! This is something
you do for yourself, no one else. Also as a side benefit many girls
secretly like guys with long hair. Hang in there and keep growing!
You will love it after you are past the awkward stage. MG
