I spent last Sunday afternoon with ChrisG in Washington. It was great getting to meet him!

Hi Bill,
Thanks for sharing this picture of you and Chris, you both look great! It really is special when members of the hyperboard get to meet and greet each other for the first time, a moment to be treasured forever. It is also heartwarming to see Chris back with us on the hyperboard again. I'm looking forward to 2009, when I can have a few "meet and greets" of my own with the members of this community. And Bill, welcome back from your vacation, I am sure it was awesome!
Take care,
David
Bill

Hi Bill and Chris as I know you'll be reading this also! It certainly is fun to meet up with members as I have met some myself over the last couple years. Most recently I met with Del a fairly new member here as I posted a pic from that night at the restaurant. Hopefully I will have the honor to meet others as time goes on. Anyway great that you guys did meet up and hope you had a fun day in Washington.Mark
Hey, I missed you, Bill! I didn't know you were coming.
Alun
I called you a bunch of times but always got a busy signal. We had hoped to have you join us last Sunday for lunch.
Bill
Oh, well. I either of you e-mail me I'll give you my cellphone number. Not that it helps this time, but if you're ever this way again I'd like to meet you in RL.
Missing that meet-up is one of my few regrets about coming out to CA. I'm still grabbing wifi from the donut shop, btw. I should have the cable hooked up next month.
So hard to believe it has been a whole week already. What a wonderful pic! Glad you posted it for all of us to see. Both of you look great! :-)
Justin~
Great pic, Bill! There's a good chance that I'll be in Philadelphia in October with a convention and will definitely plan a few days afterwards to meet Chris and other MLHH members in the area. Looking forward to that!

Thats just great! Who is the third guy to your right ? Larry?
I've seen pictures of Larry, but it hard to identify him from just his elbow! I bet it is, though.
You've got it all wrong man! I was asking because Chris G stated in his update that Bill and his partner took a trip to Washington and that they had met. That is why i assumed it was Larry. It could've been one of their friends or it could've been a random stranger who knows! See for yourself. http://mlhh.org/messages/186555.html
I was just being funny
that's an excellent photo you guys.
Both lookin' good !
Hi Bill Welcome back,
Board meet ups are always so cool I hope to meet a few members here and there in my travels. It brings back memories of Dognuts website and our get together in Montreal in 2000, I had a blast it was great. I sometimes wonder if we could pull off something like that here.

The biggest gatherings of late have been the parties thrown by Will Doherty on the evening before the annual Folsom Street Fair. The Folsom fair is a gay leather event held in San Francisco on the last Sunday in September each year. It gets several hundred thousand people in attendance from all over the place because, unlike so many other festivals and parades, it is not celebrated anywhere else, so lots of people are not tied up with local commitments then. Although those attending the longhair party are not necessarily into leather, and are not necessarily gay, the leather fair is the catalyst that gets lots of people in the same place at one time, so it has proven to be a good time to get lots of us together.
Of course, we have been having occasional mini-gatherings in some of the bigger cities. Last August we had about eight of us from the Bay Area get together for an afternoon in Golden Gate Park.

Hey Bill,
I had a great time with you and Larry and your friends when we toured Washington together. I hope to be able to go visit all of you left coasters one day.
