Hi there guys!
Well I've know this page for about a year or so and I have thought many times of beeing a part of it, but I wasnt aware that wemen could do it! anyway Im 16 years old and Im from Portugal. two years ago I had my very curly and very dark hair by the waist but I had this attack and cut it to my shoulder lenght. Biggest mistake EVER! since then that Im trying to grow it but my hair grows really slowly and to make the senario worst I hate routine and every year I had other attack and cut it, last year I was so bored that I cut it even shorter than the shoulder lenght! and I've just cut a little last month, but nothing drastic this time, THANK GOD! Anyway, I really love this site, because I love to see mans with long hair, I think it really suits most of them better than short hair. I just LOOOOOOOOOVE HAIR! I follow your improvemnets here on the site for a log time I have to congratulate you all, generally because I admire you wanting to have long hair, because usually man are afraid to do it, because of what other people say. and also because you are able, not to have attacks like mine in the process of growing it!
By the way, does anyone knows of any magic way to make the hiar grow faster?I really wnat to have it to the waist again...
(sorry if I wrote too much... Im a writer, and I loose control...)
Olá and welcome to the site, Catarina! It's always nice to have women on the site, especially for advice and tips, but just to add to the atmosphere as well. Sorry to hear that you cut your hair, but we all make mistakes now and then. It's nice to hear that you're wanting to grow it back to its original length. =)
I'm actually going to Lisbon in August for a few days of vacation. Definitely looking forward to visiting and seeing what seems to me to be a beautiful country. You are quite lucky. =)

Thank you for welcoming me! Its funny, I live near Lisbon. Portugal is a very beatiful country indeed but the governement doesnt use the country potencial so Im not that lucky to live here... The country quality of life is NOTHING vompared to the rest of Europe...

Here's some advice about the impulsive hair cutting. Whenever you want to cut your hair, note the date and wait for two weeks. If during that time you never wanted to leave it long, then cut it, otherwise don't. I read this somewhere else on a site (maybe MLHH).
And no, I don't think there are any magical ways to make your hair grow faster. Just patience :P

In answer to your question about growing your hair faster unfortunely only time can do that so you need to wait it out but I wouldnt call your hair short by any means its on the long side any way so no worries !

yes I to believe Im gonna like it here! Unfortunently that picture is from last year and now my hair is shorter... and I had to do that comment about your curls, I just L-O-V-E curls like yours! It reminds slah's hair, the guitar player from guns and roses, or serj's hair, from system of a down. Im a totally curl addict!
Ha, I kept waiting for someone to say my hair was like Serj's. I have a System of a Down poster in my college dorm with all the band members on it, but no one ever says my hair looks anything like his. I've been called Slash before. Slash's hair is awesome.
You can post a pic of how you look now, if you want. I'm sure you still look good with shorter hair.
