Farther down the board there was a thread on the best bands. Everyone had a list or comment. These are fun to read and for me, one thing that makes them fun is that I just enjoy the names of bands. How can you not like names like Dow Jones and the Industrials. By the way, I was pleased that I knew a few listed from the past 15 years or so. Anyway, I sometimes think of some name for something and think, "That would be a great name for a band." I don't have a band to name but it's fun to make up names. Here's a list of names I came up with today. I have no idea if any of these are actually used or not. Anyone who wants to add on go ahead. If you had a band, what would you call it? Here's mine:

Nevertheless, there are lots of bands with really bizarre names already out there. For example, there's some punk-ish band called Lesbian Bed Death and a "gabber"/techno-ish band apparently called Premature Ejaculation (boy, would my mom love buying me a CD of theirs....). There's also Jack Off Jill. lol, this list can go on for a long time....
