Hello people
Some long awaited "update" pics:
Hi! Cool picture and your hair looks great. I also play keyboards. Alot of classical piano and some current stuff as well.
Del
That begs the question - what keyboards do you play?
Hi! I play piano, organ and electric piano.
Hi Del
I guess what I should really have asked is what makes do you play? I have Korg, Yamaha, Roland, Oberheim and even a Casio in my studio although I have played Bosendorfer grands and Steinway grands... just a big shame I can't afford either of the latter two, lol
You have a wonderful head of hair there, --- and didn't you used to post here a long time ago? I vaguely remember your name, "RainMaker". I first starting coming to the MLHH around late 2003; but really didn't start joining in on the conversations much until 2004.
Anyway, welcome back!

Hello
Yes I have posted here infrequently since about 2001. I think I first discovered this board not long after it was first set up - possibly in 1999 I think. I don't post picture updates that often since I come back to my parents' to use the computer and usually forget to bring some pictures back from home. My hair also won't grow any further so they aren't really 'prgress' pictures in the true sense that some people's are. I just wondered how people would react to seeing something a little more unusual - i.e., me floating around with a DX7 in my lap, lol!
Great hair and nice keyboard. I also have one the first generation DX7s.
Take care...

Yeah the DX7 rocks - probably one of the best pure synthesis keyboards there ever was, definitely my favourite one. I had to have a new battery installed in it just a few weeks ago which was a nightmare because when it came back the chap had put it back together but trapped a wire in the keyboard mechanism so I had to do that little repair myself!
I can relate re: the battery. Since I don't use the DX7 as much as before, replacing the battery is something I still have to do. Shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'll find out soon enough!
Take care,
