Your hair looks awesome, that is VERY impressive growth for only one year! You are blessed with straight, blonde hair in excellent condition that grows fast. I was wonderong if you have a goal length, you should be able to grow it to your waist easily. Keep up the GREAT growth!

Thanks for the comments David. Unfortunately, I may not see waist lenght. Just a couple of years ago when I cut my long hair, it had terminated at mid-back. But I'm hoping that I'll get some luck somehow and achieve waist length...that, my friend, would be quite awesome!!!

I cut it in September of 05. I reached terminal length and wasn't happy about that...plus I felt I needed a change. After I cut it, I got a ton of compliments...although nobody ever actually gave me any crap for having long hair. Soon after, I discovered that I really missed it...and that overshadowed the compliments for a while. What broke the camel's back was the fact that I had an AWESOME stylist who moved out of the area. His hair was kinda long too, so he kinda understood what I wanted. So as I went back for trims, it was more like "shaping it up." His replacement wasn't that good, so I decided to grow it out again. That's been a little over a year now.
I also found that when I reached terminal growth I lost interest in posting...I think it's more fun when you actually have some progress. I went a year and a half without any progress to speak of, which also led to my cutting it. Now, I'm in it for the long haul again...who's to say I won't cut it again when it reaches terminal. I found that the fun was not only having long hair, but that the journey to longhairdom (if that's a word) is the most fun of it all.

Looking good Brett. You have some decent hair length now. I really like the mixture of color in your hair, I think it looks cool. Nothing like natural hair highlights :)
