Whaaat!!! This is horrible news! I remember about a year back when Eddie Guerrero also was found dead, i wondered what the death cause was.
I guess alot of them take steroids so maybe that's one reason.
It has NOTHING to do with steroids. He was found dead with his family, they can't all die of steroids, can they now...

A story I just read said Chris called WWE Sunday to say he couldn't make that night's wrestling because his wife and son were sick and vomiting up blood. Something really bad must have happened.
I don't follow wrestling very much anymore, but I remember Chris well enough for this to have been shocking news to me. Seems so many wrestlers have died in the last year or two.
Damn! Where did you read this?
I didn't know his family was found dead as well, then it must be a crime for certain.
I just heard about this as well. I was in total shock. I wanted so badly to believe that it was just another crazy storyline, but it seems that this is legit. WWE really needs to do away with this "Vince is Dead" storyline immediately. If it wasn't disrespectful enough before, it certainly is now. R.I.P Chris :-(
I'm glad that Vince has some dignity left. He's officially called off the "Vince is Dead" storyline. Benoit's tribute show is so sad :-(
wait vince appeared alive to the fans? when??
Well, the arena was empty..they didn't let fans into the arena for whatever reason, but Vince was indeed on live tv tonight for the tribute show.
I really hope they get rid of this Vince is dead gimmick because it is really tasteless
I really liked Chris Benoit as a wrestler and i'm really curious as to how it happened
RIP Chris
you will be missed
I don't get wrestling, are these people dying on WWE like a drama and not in real life, or what?
Some deaths are real, some aren't.
This one is definitely real.
Sounds like he killed his family then himself...werid.
I'm sorry but I think that is a very disgusting thing to say.
Why in earth would he kill his own family, for what reason? Of course i don't know him but i've a hard time imagining it.
Well, tomorrow we'll probably get to know more about what the cause of death really was.
Just a thought, either that or someone killed them.
There is no way they just all died suddenly..it's strange.
I dislike this post even more than your others.
My hair journal
You obviously have no idea who you're talking about...simply disgusting.
Here you are DaPs
Professional wrestler Chris Benoit was found dead along with his family this afternoon in his Atlanta home, according to published reports.
The Atlanta-Journal Constitution is reporting authorities confirmed that Benoit, 40, his wife, Nancy, and their 7-year-old son were found dead at the home on Quarters and Redwine roads in Fayetteville.
Officials would not say how the family died, other than to say they weren't shot to death.
The Montreal-born Benoit, who moved to Edmonton when he was 12 years old, lived in Sherwood Park as recently as May 2000.
World Wrestling Entertainment issued a release over Benoit's death.
"World Wrestling Entertainment is deeply saddened to report that today Chris Benoit and his family were found dead in their home," the statement reads.
"There are no further details at this time, other than the Benoit family residence is currently being investigated by local authorities.
WWE spokeswoman Cheryl Kong in Toronto said Monday nights Raw TV program would serve as a tribute to Benoit and his family.
Benoit was a former world heavyweight champion, Intercontinental champion and held several tag-team titles over his career.
Benoit was scheduled to wrestle at the Vengeance pay-per-view Sunday night in Houston, but was replaced at the last minute because of what announcer Jim Ross called personal reasons.

Sounds like the only way they could of died was murder....
I have no idea who it was obviously, but it is definatly murder.
You should read the facts before making such an awful assumption.
Jeez. Where the heck does it say anything like that? We're all saddened to see him go, especially those who followed him from his early days, and now you have to make him sound like a suicidal psychopathic murderer? Say something respectful, or say nothing at all.
Daps obviously read that somewhere.Just read it on Yahoo.Might turn out to be wrong.

I didn't read it anywhere, but since when do whole families die all at once? Coincidence...hmm i think not.
It has happened from carbon monoxide poisoning a lot actually, but I think most people assumed the worse (murder/suicide) when they first heard the news, myself included.
Yeah, there are other possibilities, but carbom monoxide poisoning happens alot less than murders etc.
I'm not trying to be arguementative or anything, i just thought it was really strange, especially with the police not saying anything... so they must think something is strange.
No I understand, I figured when I first heard it was a murder/suicide and unfortunately that did end up being exactly what happened. I was just stating that it wasn't the only possibility in a situation when an entire family is found dead, and statistically I'm not sure which happens more to be honest. It's all very upsetting since I've seen Chris Benoit and his wife Nancy Sullivan Benoit on wrestling for years, it's all just hard to deal with and I think that's the case with other people, which is probably why they were angry at you for your comments since you did not know of him and the topic was addressed to "wrestling fans" after all.
I don't think DaPs was trying to be mean, guys... I read some articles on the web and that's what the news is basically saying. Sorry, it sucks, it's truly horrible, but I think DaPs was just saying what he read... not trying to offend anyone.
Google news has links to several articles about the deaths, for those who want to see what's currently being reported...
yeah that would be true if anything that said anything like that were posted when he said that

I've read everything on news sites before commenting and the only way they could of died was murder.
Awwwww Sorry to hear this news But Ive never really Liked American Wrestling as such but RIP
Axel
The canadian crippler was an extraordinary wrestler and person. I am deeply saddened by this. I hope this misfortune is solved and revealed to the public.
R.I.P Chris
This is terrible news :(
I was never a fan of him as such, but he was a far better and more civilized wrestler than 95% of them out there, so I respected him :/
Oh that's such a shame and it didn't even make the BBC news website.
It's not like it used to be on Saturday afternoons with Big Daddy, Shirley Crabtree, Mick McManus and Jackie Pallow and of course Kent Walton commentating.
Cheers,
John.B
