Hey Guys:
As I just completed one years growth I thought my hair would calm the f*** down and get out of the awkward stage. The front and sides are fine although they are still not all one length with the back of my hair. The main problem is the back it is puffy as a afro and when I part it in the middle the front is fine but the back just sticks out almost to the width of my shoulders. Also the back of my hair is only down to the bottom of my neck and doesn't seem like it's going to get any longer than that. Please help me guys as i'm on the verge of cutting it all, it's discouraging when after a year you still look like crap. Thanks in advance.

Don't do it. In one more year you'll have what you want. If you cut now you'll have to start from scratch.
