hair growth? im reaching a full 6 months in a few days. my longest strands/"bangs" are 6 inches. the other hairs are from 4-6 inches. im pleased with the growth but i wouldlike to know if this jello story is true?
it doesn't make the hair grow any faster. geletin (created by boiling animal bones) is high in protein. all it does it give you a boost of protein, which is good for making healthier hair. the same results can be gotten by adding any form of frotien/amino acids to the body. tofu, soybeans, hemp nuts, Bragg's amino acids, etc can all be added to the diet to get great results.
(like my vegetarian answers, boys?)
Some years I've taken a supplement of kelp tablets, since I was told of their beneficial effects on hair. I'm wary of miraculous growth claims, but do think they help the natural condition of hair.
