I've posted regarding this matter before, yes. But I can't help but notice that it seems to get wider by the day. I'm not sure whether it's because where the hair is positioned, or if the hair really is vanishing. Here's a pic of just part..of the part (lol).
If you haven't changed the parting in a while it will look bigger due to shedding either side. Remove it and put it back and it will be back to normal
Hopefully...
Have you died your hair in the past? If so the parting can look wierd as the natural colour starts to come back.
Nope, never dyed it.
I have no idea what i could be then, i guess you could try the thickening hair products that are around, like the pantene ones, if all else fails i guess your gonna be the next Devin Townsend in a few years :<.
Thickening hair products for just the top? Everything else on my head seems perfectly normal besides the foolish part. I tried parting it to the side, and no thinning is evident. I just think the side part looks dumb for me, only some can pull it off.
First one is a zoomed out view of the part and the second one is just a regular pic.
As far I can see, it seems normal to me. Me too, sometimes, I have this "widening part". Try to comb your hair back, during two or three days, and tell us the result.
Bye

Your user name cracks me up! What is a hatter?
Dave, that is too bad. I have gotten a hair transplant which is just coming in and looks natural. That way you don't need to worry about it ever again. However, you have to wait till your hair loss has stabilized. Otherwise, you keep chasing the receding hair and you look silly. I used Bosley but Medical Hair Restoration (MHR) is good too. Do not use other companies - as fair as I know these are the ONLY good ones. It will be expensive. I hope this helps. I know how you feel. This is hard to deal with. I'm sorry, man. If you need any more input, write. -- Doug
I must say it looks fine to me as well. The weight of your hair may very well play a part in the 'widening' issue. I spoke with a hair transplant surgeon, and he looked at mine as well. He said it was 'all in my head' and did prescribe Propecia for retaining hair count. I've done it for 7 years now and I'm glad I did.
No, you have a great head of hair. Do the 'preemptive' steps if you are truly worried, but I wouldn't worry about any surgery for a while.
