look at this person's amazing hair upto his ankle.

I doubt that his hair is actually "ankle length" from what I was able to see in other photos in the site, but it may well be knee-length. Also, I have a sneaky suspicion that extensions -- albeit extremely well fitted ones -- may be a good part of what I can see.
(Knee length non-matted hair is, after all, exceedingly uncommon on either a man or a woman. Yet I'll admit it isn't impossible...)
From what I see, his hair seemed to have made the "exceedingly uncommon" happen. Looks real hair to me, though.
