ok i hav read a lot on this board about split ends and first of all how do u get split ends? so i can make sure i avoid what ever it is that causes them. And also how do u spot a split end in your hair does it stand out like a sore thumb or do u need to look for them? and finally i read that having split ends stops or slows down the hair growing is this true?
any help is apreciated
