Holy crud, dude (pardon my not-quite-French)! You look amazing with the facial hair! I seriously would never have made the connection between the person in your avatar and the guy with the Harley. Whereas you look like a salty sailor in your avatar, you look like a classic biker with the facial hair. You can pull off both looks really well.

Part of the difference in looks is the beard,part of it is I've been on a health kick.I've lost 20 lbs since my avatar pic was taken.

I sure wish I had a Harley. But a used one is around $10K these days. Wish I had gotten one back before they became popular and the prices went up.

What a great picture of you and your bike. Your hair looks great, and the beard is awesome, and gives you a totally new look. (I only started growing my first ever beard in January, thanks to Bill's encouragement) That is one cool bike as well.

I started growing mine about the same time because of you and a couple of other guys.Went to a local cafe last week that I used to go every day.One waitress that has worked there for years didn't recognize me.Might plan a road trip on the bike to the west coast in the next year or two.Hairball and I just missed each other by a couple of days in Sedona,Az.

I am delighted to have served as a bit of an inspiration to you growing your beard. I plan a road trip (by car) myself in the Spring of 2009, after I retire. I hope to drive across the entire US to California, perhaps we will be fortunate enough to cross paths and meet each other then.

I love harleys and am remembering when they had their 100th anniversary. We were up to our arm pits in bikes. (I live 1 hour northwest of Milwaukee) it was great.
