You make a post, and the system takes you to the Post Added page
From there you go back to the main board page
IF you then hit the Back button on your browser you will get a message "Webpage has expired" page, which tells you to reload or retry the page. If you do the reload when prompted, the commands you used to make the first post are rerun on your computer to make another duplicate post. That is what a reload or retry says to do, repeat a command.
To avoid having a post repeated, if you see a message that a page is expired don't refresh it, just hit the forward button or close the browser window and open a new one so you won't accidentally repost.
